Launched in January 1988, ChinAfrica is China’s only monthly magazine devoted to news, analysis, and commentary on China, Africa, and China–Africa relations. It is published by the Centre for Europe and Africa under the China International Communications Group. 

Published in both English and French, the magazine targets African audiences and international readers with a strong interest in China–Africa engagement. Its mission is to foster mutual understanding between the peoples of China and African nations and to strengthen China–Africa friendship. 

Headquartered in Beijing, ChinAfrica is also printed in South Africa and Senegal. The magazine is available at major CNA outlets and select SPAR stores in South Africa, as well as in Chinese embassies and universities across Africa.
