The lockdown of Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province, a city worst hit by COVID-19 epidemic in China, was lifted on April 8. Traffic in the city resumed in an orderly manner on that day.

After 76 days of a pause, the city is returning to its former vivacity. The streets are bustling with vehicles, high-speed trains zoom in and out of the city, and people are going about their daily life.
