Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi Visits Malawi
 

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has held talks with the leaders of Malawi.

As part of his talks with Malawi's President Peter Mutharika, the two sides discussed ways to implement the outcomes of the Johannesburg Summit for China-Africa Cooperation and align priorities of cooperation areas and projects.

During his time in Malawi's capital of Lilongwe, Wang Yi also held talks with his Malawian counterpart George Chaponda.

Malawi is the first leg of Wang Yi's ongoing Africa visit.

He will also make stops in Mauritius, Mozambique and Namibia.
