It is incredible to think that another year has come and gone. We had ups and downs, amazing adventures and breath-taking experiences.

There is no reason for all of this not to continue in 2016. In fact, Africa Travel will strive for excellence at every level this year to open Africa and all her wonders up to you.

In this very first issue of 2016, we have a bit of fun at the Silverstar Hotel and Casino in Gauteng, South Africa.

Staying in South Africa, we take a trip aboard the local Airlink airline from the Wonderboom airport in Pretoria. The location of this tiny airport makes flying from Pretoria a pleasure.

From air to the ocean we kick back and enjoy the luxury of ocean line cruising on the refurbished MSC Lirica.

We also bring you an amazing array of suggestions of where to travel to this year, with destinations as diverse and different as The Maldives, Italy, Greece and the United Kingdom
