ChinAfrica has selected a few pictures of the Beijing 2022 to give a glimpse of the tech spectacle of the world’s first dual Olympic city.

Photo shows the Olympic rings in ice shape and the LED floor image of the large snowflake framed by calligraphic show Olive Branches, which symbolizes peace and harmony, during the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.

The opening ceremony used an all-LED solution, comprising an 11,600-square-meter LED floor tile display, 1,200-square-meter ice waterfall, 600-square-meter ice cube, 143-square-meter Olympic rings and 1,000-square-meter LED screens, forming the world’s largest HD LED three-dimensional stage. The opening ceremony of Beijing 2022 was a breakthrough for the whole LED display industry, and an unparalleled audio-visual feast for the whole world, with a showcase of China’s own LED display screens.
