Dear fellow traveler

This month we REALLY take you places so fasten your seat belt! Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, earlier this year launched flights from Abu Dhabi to its second Moroccan destination with scheduled services to Rabat. 

So it seems that African destinations around the world are becoming more favorable. The tense situation in Europe, given security concerns, are sending international tourists elsewhere and the weakness of the currencies of some African countries, especially the South African Rand, could show a great improvement in tourist numbers to Africa.

With this in mind, I have compiled a "Top 15 African Bucket List" of must-do experiences and destinations in Africa, especially for you. These are all places I have been to and believe me, you won’t want to miss out on any of them...  Each of them offers a truly rewarding experience in its own right, whether you prefer adventure, nature, activity or just lazing around on a secluded beach that looks like it’s been photoshopped.

Also in this issue we take a trip to the pristine and incomparable Rocktail Camp, situated in a far-flung coastal area of South Africa’s Kwa-Zulu Natal Province.

Rocktail is as close to nature as you will get - with all the luxuries of top-star accommodation and great food. This protected area of the India Ocean offers some of the best diving and snorkeling experiences anywhere and the unusual nature excursions is something you are unlikely to ever forget.
