Lianghui, the annual Two Sessions of the NPC and the CPPCC National Committee, are political landmarks in China. The ongoing sessions are being keenly watched by African journalists. They share their views with ChinAfrica. Here is Muraranganda Elvis, Editor of Confidente Newspaper of Namibia. According to him, the system is a very inclusive process that has so many elements to it but all mainstreaming into one thing, which is service delivery to the Chinese people. 

"Looking at the population of China, when you have such platforms as the Two Sessions, it helps in terms of reaching people on the ground," he said.
