Chinese Premier Li Keqiang used his first trip to Africa since assuming office to further Sino-Afircan political and economic ties and promise increased Chinese aid for a host of key sectors and projects. The eight-day, four-country tour saw Li visit Ethiopia, Nigeria, Angola and Kenya, with a special appearance at the World Economic Forum on Africa in Abuja on May 8.
