The Qiannan Bouyei-Miao Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Guizhou Province will host an exhibition in Beijing in November to showcase its achievements in the past six decades.

Themed "Ecological and Happy Qiannan," the event is scheduled at the Cultural Palace of Nationalities in Beijing from November 3 to 9. It will include photographs, videos, models as well as performances highlighting how the system of regional ethnic autonomy has been adopted with success in the prefecture. The four sections of the exhibition will provide a basic introduction (to be held at the lobby), the economic and social developments of the prefecture (Main Hall), ecological tourism culture (West Hall) and famous products (East Hall).

To provide a better understanding of the prefecture, the exhibition will also have TV interviews on Qiannan's key elements such as tea, culture, ecology and health.
