Sunrise over No.1 Bathing Beach, the biggest bathing beach in Asia, famed for soft sand, clean water and calm waves. The beach is situated on Huiquan Bay and sometimes also referred to as Huiquan Bathing Beach. No.1 Bathing Beach is 580 meters long and 40 meters wide, surrounded by mountains in three directions, luxuriant green trees and modern high-rise buildings alongside waterfront villas. Qingdao hosted the sailing events of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
