RU KEYE MOHAMMED
I am engaged in education and I am concerned with education-related issues, especially children's education in outlying and rural areas. Owing to the poor living conditions and low salary, normal university students do not want to work there.
I hope the government could offer policy support, such as providing preferential policies in endowment and healthcare for teachers who work in these areas for more than 10 years. Measures should also be taken to ensure that they could go back and work in urban areas so as to relieve their worries.
I think these preferential policies can encourage a large number of normal university graduates to work in outlying and rural areas, which can also greatly help improve the overall quality of the Chinese nation.
