The 10th Senior Officials' Meeting of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) is held in Pretoria, South Africa from December 9 to 10, 2014. Officials from China and African countries met to prepare for the Sixth FOCAC Ministerial Conference, to be held this year in South Africa.
