B:恐怕不行. 明天下午三点到五点我有空儿.

Kŏngpà bù xíng. Míngtiān xiàwŭ sān diăn dào wŭ diăn wŏ yŏu kòngr.

I am afraid not. But I am free from 3 to 5 tomorrow afternoon.

后天上午十点到十二点我没有安排. Hòutiān shàngwŭ shí diăn dào shí èr diăn wŏ méiyŏu ānpái.

I am not busy from 10 to 12 on the morning of the day after tomorrow.

 

Tips

Confirming all meetings 24 hours or 48 hours in advance can save you and your boss unwanted headaches.
