In this issue we take you to the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius on a culinary journey. We then head to the Whale Route and the bustling town of Hermanus as well as Caledon, Napier and Swellendam where we stay in wonderfully quaint accommodation and meet interesting characters. The beauty of this area of the country is breathtaking and off the beaten track.

Last but not least, we head to Bela Bela in the Limpopo Province of South Africa to enjoy the fabulous diverse bush activities of Shakama Lodge. The lodge has all the features of a superior establishment – a wellness center with oodles of therapeutic and beauty treatments, catering for groups and every detail taken care of on the room and accommodation. There is also an elephant sanctuary and cheetah reserve nearby for the adventurous.
